Mag. Laura Tjaša Štruc, LL.M. (Suffolk) is an European attorney-at-law (Rechtsanwältin) with strong international background. From the beginning of her professional career in 2002, she has been researching different legal frameworks in jurisdictions in the SEE region. Among other, she has gathered extensive experience in advising clients on Slovenian business law, which is one of her current focuses.

Laura is advising clients either independently or works as part of a team. She maintains a network of lawyers throughout the CEE / SEE regions, which enables her to team up, where additional support is required.

Laura regularly advises in particular international clients in business transactions, including cross border transactions, sales processes, privatizations, distressed M&A transactions, financing, re-financing, restructuring and other projects. In addition to her practice, Laura lectures on Slovenian business law at the Vienna University of Economics and is the author of several publications on Slovenian law.
